Clair-Maltby Secondary Plan
There is one major land area remaining to be developed in Ward 6: the Clair-Maltby corridor between Gordon and Victoria. The City of Guelph is looking for your input on how development should proceed. Here’s the city’s press release:
Guelph, ON, August 6, 2015 – The City is inviting property owners, developers and community members to provide feedback on potential land uses and development for Guelph’s southernmost lands.
The City is asking for feedback on what to include in the terms of reference for the Clair-Maltby Secondary Plan, which will outline the scope, purpose and structure for the project.
“The City is asking for community input on what should be studied within Guelph’s last unplanned 520 hectares,” says Stacey Laughlin, Senior Policy Planner. “We want feedback on the scope of studies for potential land use, infrastructure, transportation connections, natural heritage features and parks and trails within the southern portion of the city, between Clair Road and Maltby Road.”
